High blood pressure, High cholesterol, Diabetes mellitus, Tobacco use and a Family History of CAD.
Modifiable Risk factors:
–Inadequate diets high in sugars, processed carbohydrates, along with high salt (sodium) content, trans fats.
–Overweight status and obesity
–Lack of exercise/physical inactivity
–Excessive alcohol consumption
–Tobacco Use/smoking
–Some forms of recreational drug use
